ProBlack theme on your forums.Your forum contains game hacking section and more then 40 EMPTY forums without single thread with content and you want people to join.

You didn't even bother to organize categories or fill some (sub)forums with content before you start adversting your site.Start investing some time to organize and fill your site and then you can think about attracting guests to register.
i couldnt see even single section, is it hidden for guest ?
this is not fair as no one will ready to join unless they know what are the section the forum has.
so my advice is to show to guest what are the forums available.
