I already upload the plugin to my FTP manager and active the plugin but when i look at Configuration the Setting of board message is not there and in the Home page of my forum there's nothing happen please help.


And also may you tell me the meaning of this



Remeber to setup your admin permissions once you activate the plugin. You'll need to grant yourself access to the new Board Messages section of the Configuration area in the acp.

or l3ts say how can i setup my admin permission?

Admin panel > Users & Groups > Admin Permissions > Options > Edit Permissions
You'll find something like Can manage board messages, likely under configuration tab.

There's nothing.

How do you edit the plugins?

Download the files you need to edit via FTP and then you can edit the files using files editor like Notepad++
