You mean you think that the font color can be only chosen while posting new threads? I guess you're mistaken. The one you see now is quick reply, it doesn't have advance formatting options, if you want to do an advance reply on thread, you could use full reply, i.e., for example, like making new reply on this thread:

Nope, he wants to be able to color topic titles, that currently have no formatting options unless you are using Moderator Tools

Like someone else said, what may make sense to you could be different for someone else. Everyone uses myBB at a different level, and just uses it plain differently. We wish we were psychic, but it is sometimes hard to convey a mental concept through the Internet where you can't air draw, or anything like that...

Thread color can refer to post background, thread background, text color, thread list color, and more... So it is not only one thing.

Yaldarams plugin can be only setup once then it applies color to all posts.
I want a color list menu while posting new threads.
Means when u click post new thread, there is an option that select thread's title color. Which appears in forum.

I dont think there is an point to be confusing.
It'd require separate plugin then.
