Thanks for the feedback, I sorted out some of it, the

Help & Assistance category isnt really a forum so i ignore it.
Reduced it a bit recheck and feedback!

Remove unnecessary forums, most of which are general discussions. Focus on your graphics related forums. You'll be able to add general sections as you go on and it'll be easier for you to add content. 8-10 forums / 2-3 categories for a startup forum.

Too many forums, too many plugins, too common theme.

.:The graphics community:. <-Looks really bad.
Spam section is a bad idea.
Some sections have descriptions, some don't. Doesn't look good.
Ficon is low quality.
The 'Help & Assistance' category seems pointless.
