Hello, I wasn't sure where else to post this.
As well, I have tried searching, but I'm guessing the search may be too broad to find a definite answer, so I will ask here then.
I am wondering,
I am doing a massive cleanup of my forum, which I have had major changes to over time. I am really into keeping my site and database as neat as possible, and one thing was bothering me:
I have recently purged practically all of the threads on the forum. As well, I have removed several old profile fields, among other thing.
What I was wondering, is there a way I can reset the database to reclaim the lost xids (tid, etc) without reinstalling from scratch? Because I would like to reset all of the forums to empty, and leave my database neat and clean, however, I would not like to reinstall, as to preserve my users and other settings.
