This will just get you banned from Google, it's called "Cloaking", and it's what Googlebot hates the most...

Cloaking by Matt Cutts, one of Google's engineers:
so i should go back to http://mysite.com/ ? and i will delete the new forum directory http://mysite.com/forum/ ?.
If you want that robots crawl your second forum, it's easy, just add it to search engines, for example Google (you need to have a Google Account) Click here to add your site: http://www.google.com/addurl

Now to ensure that all the search engines that are on your "crawled" forum are going to crawl your new forum also, you can simply add a link in your "crawled" forum that points to your new forum, (in the header or footer) or add a new forum from your Admin CP and link it to your new forum, or you can even just create a thread in your "crawled" forum, and put a link to your new forum in it...

Robots will definitely visit it anyway... (just one method of those listed above is enough, don't add 100xxx links to the same forum, that violates Google quality guidelines too)
