Hello, i need support on this part i am doing on a theme im making

It's an image file that is stored in the '/images' folder of you forum.

Go to Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Your Theme -> global.css -> .thead

There you can see the name of the file that is the table header pic.

I believe that's the thead of Ubers.org

If you want to change that part, you simply have to replace that image file. Generally, the file name would be thead_bg.gif.

Its thead of UB. You can edit in global.css but beware you cannot use that thead or any images off from it as its my custom image and theme.
