I am building a website in which i am using myBB. I need to create a custom signup page on which i want to use myBB sign up or registration code.I also need to include custom header and footer to every page of the site. (My site is actually full customization of the myBB).

Try using variables {$header} & {$footer} in your custom template.

Thanks for replying, however i dont need to add myBB header and footer but my own custom header or footer which will contain few links like home, myaccount etc.
Then you could create a custom template in global templates and add those link in that.
