jiust try it in a div in the template like

<div>{$teradonate_notice}</div>

and see if it works then style the div but if you gave you url better advice could be given

P.S: Still doesn't work.. I wanna create a new userbar because the new buttons that should be added using $ternadonate_notice have no place where to place themselves because on the romanian language the userbar is the same as the english one but the texts are longer(at least that's what i think)...
