this problem i have faced while i tried to install new points system but when i delete all new points file it still shows like this please help me to fix this bug

may be plugin files are not uploaded to correct locations . recheck them ...

Why would you want to reinstall the forum because of something like this, reinstalling the database isn't going to d anything to fix this.

Delete files from ./inc/plugins/ one by one, somewhere in there there is something that is causing a problem.
