how many post shall a member have to have before their signature become dofollow?

Edit them in ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Users and Permissions > Account Management

That setting is for the number of posts required to have a signature. Not the number of posts required to have a signature with dofollow links - which is what enhu is asking. A plugin is required for this.
