Its thead_bg.gif image present in your theme's images folder.

oh if i remove that img and want to modified it from css then how?

You may just edit its class .thead in global.css if yo do not want to change the "image". In global.css search for .thead and edit the path of the new image in its background attribute.

i don't want to use image as background and i want to use css for fast load the page. is any way to do this?
