Ok this hasn't happened before updating to the newest version, but on the adress bar, instead of showing

it shows

I do not see such problem at your forum (on firefox)

You've got malformed HTML somewhere, where did you click to go to that URL??

its actually like that whenever my members link me to a thread.... as of now, isp is blocking me from my own forums

Well there's not a lot we can do unless we know where they're getting this link from, it won't be doing that on it's own, somewhere they're clicking a link that is malformed and it's changing the URL that the link goes to.
