ACP > Themes > Your forum's theme > Edit > and under "Editor Style" drop down menu, select "Office 2007".

there is no office 2007 option

You probably viewing it in elsewhere. It should be available even if you're using MyBB 1.4.x

Just you've to do is to open Your theme's edit page (and without going to any stylesheet) scroll down the page and Change the option.
