How to get paid
First off, you need a design. Let's say you made a wallpaper.
You would make a new thread here.
YOU MUST HAVE PROJECT FILE FOR WHATEVER YOU USED. IE. .PSD
If you even post this, you get some points. Once you have enough points you can cash out. Paypal Only.
If someone "Thanks" you for your post that counts as a vote. At the end of each week. (Every Saturday) You'll be paid a bit extra. You'll also be placed on the thread which shows off all the winners and their profiles. You could become famous LOL.
Free Releases & Tutorials:
We here are a huge fan of people just purely being nice, and giving back to the community. If you wish, you can release a tutorial or release for free and you'll still get normal points, just you can't be voted up. If you wish to do this add this at the bottom of your post.

That way, we know it's out of the niceness of your heart.
