I would like to make forum, where user create your own thread and only this user (autor) can post into this thread.
But I can't find how I can set this permissions.
Someone help me please?

@cohen: From 1.6x versions, I believe we don't need that plugin. It could be done with group permissions setting the group permissions in edit forum settings and checking option "Can only view his own threads?".

This "plugin" isn't for MyBB version 1.6. :-(

I don't need "view only own threads", I need "posting only into own threads".
I would like to create forum with a user's threads, where only author of thread can posting into this.
Something like a blog, but no comments.

Ah well if that is the case, I guess there was some plugin like only OP can post or something, try searching mods db.
