please comment and give me suggestions, I got photoshop 2 days ago and learned how to used it a day ago.

This is my first theme, and will be released for free -if good enough-.

Why don't you code those themes? Or search for somebody who want to code them for you.

updated, and yeah I have someone who is going to code it, but I just want to see what people have to say about my designs.

I think you should remove the blue bar at the top, with a nice text logo on the left it should look nice. Look forward to see how you style the forum parts.

I think you need to make your own background but it's got a lot of promise.
