Hey guys! I'm really excited about my new installation of MyBB, but my forum seems to get stuck in a refresh loop unless you type in the /index.php after the main url.

Without it is when the error occurs: www.gamingchitchat.com
With the /index.php, it works fine: www.gamingchitchat.com/index.php

Is there any way to troubleshoot/fix this? I have removed all redirects from my cPanel, so I am not sure what is happening.

do you have index.htm OR index.html file on forum directory ? delete it OR rename it as text file

yeah you have .htm or .html file in your main directory. Just delete it or rename it.

or just point your domain name to the .html file and link to your forum from the html page? works for me on my hosts.
