After I upgrade mybb version 1.6.4 to 1.6.5 number of visitors coming from search engine getting reduce. Does anyone has an idea about this issue?

I doubt it this has anything to do with the upgrade.

Didn't you read what I just said? This was not caused by the upgrade. It's not even remotely related.

SEO issues would not happen because of a backend upgrade to MyBB.

If you don't have it already, you could try installing Google SEO in the mods db.
