I would like to make a link which users can use if they don't want to have the mails anymore.

Why I want this, because my host tells that I am forced to it.

Anyideas how to do this, note i also want it to be displayed in the as standart if possible.

Is there a way to include this in the mail by default?

No, not that I know of.

Just put a text at the bottom of the email instructing how to unsubscribe with the link to profile options to disable emails.
