Ok I am not sure if this is a server issue or a mybb issue but id appreciate the help. I have the spell check mod installed on my forum. I recently moved it to a dedicated server. I also upgraded to 1.6.5 right after the move which is why im not sure which thing is causing my issue.

When i click spell check i get the following error. system error could not open file " for writing

yeah I ended up having to roll it back because it broke my home page. So I know its not that speaking of which is there a way to patch the vulnerability in 1.6.4 without updating I need too temporarily while I find a suitable homepage replacement.
