On topic: as said above, scan your computers with something like Malwarebytes Antimalware to check for any key loggers or other malicious things.
Make sure ALL passwords, cPanel, Admin, FTP, and all changed. They should be 10+ characters and include at least a number and a symbol, along with letters obviously.
Recommendation: If you currently do, don't store your passwords in your browser (you know, the thing that pops up and offers to remember your password (not Remember Me!) ).
