my dear frienmd i dont know why you never Encode the lang file to unicode?
this is important for other lang that you support them you just have for Eng and german if youy wannat you language is persian i can help you cause the persian part of your comuniti is very weak....
i try to unicode this madule but it give me an error whe we want to show it you see some part in unicoe form and other part in not unicode
pzl say what should i do? to resolve these problem

i try but i think that our problem is not lang file it is the entiry file that do nt abay the encoding to UTF-8
