I am using 000webhost.com as my host. Do I upload it to the root or root/public_html. The reason I ask this is because public_html has the default.php, which I deleted because they thats what webhost told me to do. As for installing, I tried to use their auto-installer and it did not work. What's next?
Upload the files to public_html. You should never use an auto installer as they're not always 100% up to date, and may cause problems while upgrading.

I was wondering why would I upload it into the public_html and not the root? How do I install it?
Because public_html is the root web access directory.
If your domain was example.com,
http://example.com/ would show the contents of /home/username/public_html/

That didn't really help. Says if I was using an older version of MySQL, I need to change it, other then that, doesn't say much.
