Yes, if you just replace the red files it should be fine.

yes, you can upload only those files to their exact locations by overwriting earlier files ..

you should download a fresh package for your version , unzip on your computer , re-upload
the files shown in red ; everything should work fine . if you are in doubt, hire someone here
to take care of everything for your forum ..
