SO I basically tried the fixes posted here,

nope, they didn't work, then there was the issue with the MultiByte extension, so I installed it, as I have root access to my server, it installed correctly, but the issue is there still. I have tried every workaround, but doesn't work.
I have MyBB 1.6.5 installed with absolutely no plugins. Any help would be appreciated.

Its something like /misc.php?google-seo-404 although I do not use google seo, as I said before, no plugins installed as it is a fresh install. Also google is stuck at rating a thread for 2 days. How do I solve this?
