Is there a mod or settings that prevent certain members from posting in special forums unil they reach a certain number of posts?

ACP > Forums & Posts > Forum Section You Want To Restrict > Permissions > Group: Overview: Disallowed Actions > Save Forum Permissions

Set up a new group, based on the Registered group that can post in the forum, after edit the original Registered group so that they can't post in the forum. Then create a Group Promotion from the Registered group to your new group. More details: http://community.mybb.com/thread-92069.html
