Hi,

More of a general query than a fault.

Scenario is based in new threads / threads with new replies. Standard functionality is that these threads are highlighted in bold, and an icon shows next to the threads.

That part works fine.

However some members, including myself, have noted that there seems to be a timeout on how long they are highlighted for. In the past, threads stayed highlighted forever, until read or marked as read.

However in the past few months it seems that after couple of weeks, threads are automatically marked as read.

Is this correct? Is there a setting somewhere that can alter this?

It's the threadreadcut setting. Default is 7 days.

Ah thank you - where can I edit this to raise the number of days?

go to settings, type threadreadcut into the search field
