Hello, I was wondering if I upgrade from 1.6.4 to 1.6.5 if I will lose all my themes, settings, plugins, etc? Or will the site stay the same other than the upgrades?

You won't lose any data, unless you've made core file changes.

It was pretty difficult, because we have a fair amount of plugins and template modifications.
