Heya ^_^ I'm using myBB 1.6.5.

My forums is on a wamp server on my PC for testing before i upload it to the web server, so I can't give you a link cuz it would be "localhost", sorry.

1. I set it to use "classic layout" in the "show thread options".

2. It shows perfectly if you're not logged in, but when you log in, it looks like under any user group including admin, it shows the "horizontal post layout".

How do I fix this!! Please help!!

user control panel also has related option ( edit options ) - may be better to use force postbit layout plugin

The ACP option is only for guests and new users, users use the setting they had when they signed up or whatever they've got set in their User CP.
