Hi guys, recently, guests and unregistered users have been able to post replies to threads, and i have no idea how they are doing it.
Example:

I've checked group permissions, and guests cannot post replies. I've checked that forum permissions and the same applies there too.
Help appreciated.
It's getting worse, people are posting more. This is strange.
I can see the quick reply form - that's how they're doing it. Try flushing the usergroups cache if you're sure the usergroup settings are correct.
Printscreen of all the permissions?? Have you checked the usergroup permissions too?? They won't be able to post if you haven't given them permission to, it wouldn't just start happening on its own.
Is it me or is there something wrong with mybb? Won't let me add attachments, yet it says there are attachments in the thread...
I logged out and just realised that they could see a quick reply form, it seems that the quick reply only shows in the Solved sections.
Below are the permissions for the group Guests, then for the forum Solved where guest posting seems to be occuring.

Odd. Your permissions seem to be set correctly. Did you flush the cache like I suggested?
Thanks for the reply euantor, i rebuilt the usergroups and forumpermissions cache.
No new changes have been made to my forum as far as i can recall, certainly the forums and usergroup permissions have not changed in a while, so this is a bit odd.
Can you PM me admin login details so I can take a look??

Changed that back to how it should be, see if it's OK now.
Oh i'm sorry Matt (& euantor), i feel stupid now. I was clicking on just any Solved forum, since i have three.
