cache - disk, now I can't use xcache, mamecach and eaccelerator.

gzip compression - 4

What can be done to reduce the CPU?

Chat boxes can usually strain the server, consider removing that.

The biggest issue that I see:

1,082 other sites hosted on this server.

Over 1,000+ websites are sharing your host/server.

That's way too high, and limits your CPU allocation too much.

I'd find a better host.

If you don't own the entire server, it's hard to control server load as it also accounts what other people are running.

+1. Chatboxes are awful for load. 1,082 is an awful amount of sites for one server to handle too.

This chatbox working on files, not ajax. Chat on my forum is one of the most important things, but unfortunately it can not delete.

Google SEO is resource intensive depending on your settings.
