Due to some setting changes, all my replies to thread are showing one below another.
Now i am just able to post reply to main thread only. Before this, they were properly showing and i was even able to reply to answers. What to change? Can someone please help?

you may have selected threaded mode ; select linear mode ...

it is a admin panel setting as well as individual user option & links available on all thread pages (at the top)

admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> show thread options --> Usenet Style Thread View <-- select No

user control panel --> edit options --> Thread View Options --> Thread View Mode <-- select Linear OR use default
