Is there a mod that can create a HTML module at index page and put it like where i want? I dont want it on the sides.

By html i mean i can put an HTML of a chat box in there.


Or there is any shoutboxes that are better than Myshoutbox that has /prune /silence /notice /sticky like vbulletin?

myshoutbox has pruning AND deleting required individual messages ..

however if you like using an external chatbox code then you can use it with any announcement
type plugin ( eg. header announcements ) OR custom code box using div / table on index template ...
