Here is the link to usercp on my site http://itsflicktime.com/usercp.php. The regular site does have a theme on it right now but when I have disabled plugins and removed themes, this still occurs. This only happens to the Usercp; ModCP and Admincp works just fine. Like I said I don't think its a theme issues because this was happening before there was theme or plugin even installed. Wouldn't even mind it being that I'm the admin but now my users are asking for it to be fixed
