Running mybb 1.6.5(1605) 36 members on the forum.
After creating a mass mail to all members then selecting Deliver immediately the post goes into the queue and the status stays on queued all day. All members keep getting the mail over and over again. The mail does not go into the archive.

If I go into tools/taskmanager and send by clicking the clock icon it sends only one message to all members then the message goes into archivce.

How can I stop the multipule message sending please.

Do any of your users have a comma in their username??

None have a comma, but 1 has a / another 1 has a - and the last 1 has a _

I too now have this problem.

My users received 7+ of the same email.....

Do we have a fix? Or reason this is happening?

I have cleared all the non standard characters from user names but they all get mail for as long as I allow it to run.

Only way to solve the problem is to run manually.

Don't know why or how it happens, be good to solve this problem though.

I will run a test email manually and see what happens.

I found the same issue! I tried with ' in the user name, but it's worked when i sent the mail for myself, but when i sent to my users, not worked. It keeps resend all the time! The total progress is always at 0%, too!
