Installed the menu manager plugin but it does not seem to make any changes that I have added.

Using a new install of 1.6.5 with a dark theme by ShadowKage.

most of the plugins coded for earlier versions of myBB require some modification to work in myBB 1.6.5

moreover menu manager plugin is known to be working on few themes only ..

Are you using this: http://yaldaram.com/showthread.php?tid=502 or this: http://mods.mybb.com/view/menu-manager , Unfortunately the names are same

I am using the second one off MyBB mods. I updated the plugin scripts with the above, but it still didn't work.
