Hello there MyBB community, we use MyBB for our Minecraft server forums, but we'd like some extra functionality:

Basically we want one of these three things

1. allow custom groups as well as Mods and sMods to move users into different usergroups
   
2. allow for a custom moderation tool to move a user to a group (in addition to the existing functionality)
   
3. when a post is moved into a specific subforum, promote the author to a different usergroup
   

While option 3 would be the most convenient for us, whichever option can be implemented with the most ease works as well. We're prepared to offer a monetary reward for whoever can modify this for us! Thanks!

Option one is definitely easy to do. You just create a usergroup for the moderators (administrators) but limit them to the user page, and nothing else.
