It's nice just change your tcat to sightly darker because it kind of looks like youve got a gap there... Well done.

Colors don't really look well. Try changing (lightening) container and trow colors.

ok i made my .tcat slightly darker what do you think now about that

It's not too bad. the colours of grey still look horrid.

tell me what to do like make it lighter or darker like th table needs to be darker or the .tcat needs to be lighter or darker

It's all down to what suits you. i just dont like that shade of grey

It looks identical to the default theme? or do i need to login and change the theme in UserCP to see it?

no i fixed that too now you can see it when you are a guess added more pictures and updated more stuff on it right now
