most probably you do not have any customized content on those templates ; revert them as suggested ..

done reverted everyrthing still the same... its like its missing its css style

Well, we can't see what's wrong with the theme. Either set it as default for guests or provide us with a test account.

Edit : not seen couple of above posts ..
those templates reverting has nothing to do with forum looking - not sure what is missing on the theme ..
is the required theme visible for guests ? we may not be able to guess what is wrong - can you elaborate ..

yes its visible its set as default theme..
whats wrong its the looks the style its like its using a diff global.css
ohh jst what i thought .... i copied the old cached global css to it and its working fine now..
the upgrade seems to change global.css
