I want to edit a .php file to make the format for the custom warning.

But i dont know what file it is. i remember i used to edit it. i want to make the custom format for warning this

Reason:
Date Issued:

------------------------------

Are you talking about the PM that is sent along with warnings?

You can edit that in ./inc/languages/english/warnings.lang.php (lines 40-45):

$l['warning_pm_message'] = "Dear {1}

You have received a warning from the staff of {2}.
