Okay so here I am a few days later and back with the same problem. This time I replaced all the files in the Forum folder but the config and deleted the Mobique folder but still getting the warnings. It stayed clean for almost a week but now it seems to be getting reinfected again right away. The warnings are pointing to the index.php file, forumdisplay.php etc... depending on what you clicked on. And yes I'm using Avast but I don't think everyone else that's having problems on my forum is. I did ask though and am awaiting answers.
I also tried changing permissions on the index file so it's non-writeable immediately and still have the same results. Kinda making me thing there isn't actually a problem?
