Basically for the header I want to achieve a scrolling header background images like this forum:

I have been directed from another person to implement it like so:

The CSS I'm fine with and the HTML I'm fine with as well but how would I implement the java script shown there into MyBB while still making sure the variables can be called and that it will work on every page.
