Ok I'm Trying to use the shoutbox by manish

I get this error

create table mybb_000webhostshoutbox(id BIGINT(21) AUTO_INCREMENT,uid BIGINT(21),shout VARCHAR(),time VARCHAR(21),PRIMARY KEY (id))

What do i do to fix this
