I have seen many more plugins but i wanted to put Adsense like this.

I don't need left side adsense, but needed under the categories.
Let me know which templates should i edit.

I seen that before posting here but I don't have money presently as paypal is a big problem for us.
Anyway I want free ones that can be useful to place adsense.

you can add the adsense code at the top of footer template like below :
