I changed my theme and when I did all my plugins stopped working. Like board message, it doesn't even show up now. And the security question I made doesn't show up. Even when I changed back to my default theme none of them show up anymore.
You need to either you manually edit the new theme's templates and put in the plugins, or you can deactivate/uninstall the plugins and re-activate/install them and it'll do it for you.

This did not work, I tried deactivating and reactivating and uninstalling none worked.
^ would you like to provide required temporary privileges thru PM to check it ..
