Hey guys,

Recently I decided to purchase a lightweight and slightly old PC just to browse the internet in my bedroom because it is too much of a hassle to set up my laptop the way I like it in there just to browse the internet before I go to sleep. So, I spent about $60-70 getting a Pentium 4, 1536mb DDR1 ram and a 40gb hard drive (thats all I need). I'm currently searching for an OS that will run well for what I need. I'm currently looking at Joli OS (which seems really awesome!) and Chrome OS (my alternative if Joli doesn't run well). So, does anyone else have any suggestions for an OS I can use? I was really looking forward to using Joli OS but I'm looking for some alternatives just in case it runs very slow.

(ps: does anyone know a good IDE for Ubuntu?)

Thanks!

It can run with zero hard drive, direct from at least 2GB memory it's so lightweight xD
