I can never color links, why?

I colored it yellow. Why is it still the default theme color?

Color tag has to go immediately before the actual text, like so:

[align=center][b][url=http://weblogfootball.blogspot.com][color=#32CD32]WeBlogFootball[/color][/url][/b][/align]
