how i can change the free registration to premium registration on my forum
You'll need a plugin for this, or you can disable registrations and once someone pays for the premium features you can create them a account and give them a temp password (which they can obviously change).
i need a plugin that can used for registration, when a user go to register page see that plugin, pay account for 24 ours or a week or ..., and complete registration. now he or she can add treads on my forums.
Well you'll have to ask or get a plugin author to create you one since I don't see any that work currently and the one that Nathan posted is for MyBB 1.4.x :\
