first one is to edit this page, how would i go about doing that to have it say Please add [email protected] to the safe list and second would deleting portal.php would affect anything else and im using MyBB 1.6.5

If you want it to say that text in header then edit your theme's header template.

And No deleting portal.php wouldn't cause any thing to your forums.

If you delete portal.php, make sure you take out links to it to avoid 404's. 404's just don't look very professional

well i want to edit the Registration Agreement to add the Please add [email protected] to the e-mail safe list

I have taken all the portal.php links since i already have a home page so i just wanted to get it delete 100%
